Judge Ronald Ibarra Grants West Hawaii Today’s TRO Request Against The Hawaii County Council

Judge Ronald Ibarra granted West Hawaii Today’s request for a temporary restraining order against the Hawaii County Council today.This will bar the council taking any further legislative action except only items relating to reorganizing the council again.This TRO will be in effect from August 5th until August 15, 2009.
