Grace Church’s contractor Bolton Inc was supposed to start construction on re-aligning Palani Road fronting Grace Church around October 1st,2009 (This is the engineer’s drawing of the project here).
However its already near the end of October and Bolton has not mobilized,nor started construction work on this estimated seven week project.I’ve tried in vain to get in touch with my contact at the church regarding the status of this project with no luck.It seems he is purposely ignoring my e-mails and phone messages.
The most frustrating aspect is the fact that I gave him the benefit of the doubt when all these delays started. I though by showing him some goodwill he would keep me in the loop about this project.However it seems in retrospect that was huge mistake that I did that.
In the meantime the segment of Palani Road that was supposed to be re-aligned is becoming a huge safety hazard due to the aging pavement.
