Nan Inc. was the lowest bidder for the first phase of the Ane Keohokalole Highway project today. They bid 29.9 million dollars to construct this roadway. Their bid includes the mass grading for the second phase of this project between Hina-Lani Street and Kealakehe Parkway.
Nan Inc. currently is building the new Hawaii National Guard armory and renovated the county building in Hilo.
Goodfellow Brothers was the second lowest bidder at 32.5 million dollars. Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company rounded out the top three. They bid 36.5 million dollars.
