Inconsistent Road Runner Download Speeds

I’ve noticed very inconsistent download speeds (note: its a Microsoft Excel document) since Oceanic increased the speeds of their Road Runner service. Please leave a comment or drop me an e-mail if you’ve noticed the same issue.

  Yea,

  I just did speedtest.net and I’m a turbo customer…….. tested last week with a d/l of 19, now it is 10; upload consistent at 1. I was really disappointed with the upload speed when I upgraded to Turbo. A friend in so cal gets uploads of 4 with his cable modem.
